I registered with RIPE this year, requested an IPv4 /24 in July, and got it immediately. I guess RIPE's last blocks depleted in November?
Market prices on the other hand have exploded this year, $50 per address isn't uncommon anymore.
- jandrese 5y agoAccording to the linked article there was no wait until about a month ago, except for a short blip at the end of 2019. But now the waiting list is growing rapidly and the wait is increasing by about three quarters of a day per day.
