The main cost driver is the cost of land, not the cost of construction.
- tut-urut-utut 5y agoIn that case, housing should be better quality? Because higher quality construction would increase a price insignificantly because it's the land that bring up costs. That's why I think that this is just an excuse for a low quality, cheap work.
