- zenorocha 5y agoI actually registered a trademark for Dracula. https://twitter.com/zenorocha/status/1407342343963951105 https://twitter.com/zenorocha/status/1407342343963951105
- xunn0026 5y agoOMG. This is even worse. Since there was no trademark for your sector on the super-popular title Dracula you jumped right in and trademarked it for your use?? So the future of expiring trademarks and copyrights is people rushing in to re-register a trademark under their name? What a bleak thing.

- Eelongate 5y ago1897... copyright holders have really done a number on you.
- xunn0026 5y agoI could have sworn there was a very popular movie by that name released within the copyright window. Yep: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0103874/ https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0103874/ But, sure, I guess Dracula is wide open for re-registration in a whole bunch of sectors.
