I don't like how "Georgism" and any number of other literally hundreds of years old economic ideas are presented as some underdog, unknown thing. Just no. Economists know about these things, and they're pretty much universally in favor of taxing land, just like they're pretty much universally in favor of taxing carbon and any number of other things.
