Log out of both accounts, and then login to your gmail/google+ account first, then google apps accounts. This'll set the cookie identifier that google uses in its urls (/u/0/) to be your g+. Then you'll still be able to use all the google+ stuff without switching accounts, as well as remaining logged into google apps (mail.google.com/a/yourdomain.com etc)
