How the Inventor of Tickle Me Elmo Became a Unabomber Suspect
- dangle1 5y agoWilliams's account is interesting and reminds me of William T. Vollmann's more sinister account of being investigated as a Unabomber suspect: https://harpers.org/archive/2013/09/life-as-a-terrorist/ https://harpers.org/archive/2013/09/life-as-a-terrorist/ Even though Vollmann appears to have been more seriously investigated/harassed, his FOIA request to view his records was approved while Williams says his was denied.
