It would need to be AI-generated deepfake imagery of course (I can't see any justification for using real imagery of minors). From a harm minimization standpoint, it's worth investigating at least (and I do believe I've heard the proposal somewhere, already). However, it would require that we, as a society do something we don't yet seem ready to do: accept those folks with truly unsupressable desires of this sort as people, who deserve to be treated humanely and with compassion, if at all possible.
