These points are rather vague and seem to refer to specific things that the OP encountered in his career. I mean: what are we supposed to make of “music is not inherently social”. That sort of implies “I’ve encountered many people trying to build social features into music platforms, and these didn’t seem to provide any value to customers”. Cause otherwise music is definitely a social thing… And the same comment applies to nearly all the points there…
