Hetzner's backend billing system broke. They couldn't charge my credit card no matter how hard they tried. Eventually it ended up as a billing dispute, I paid the balance and terminated the servers and moved them to a different account that magically worked with the same card. Got a letter in the mail a month ago that they had sent the broken account to a collections company in the US.
