Ask HN: Is your infrastructure protected from cloud region/provider going down?

It happens. And, it's somewhat "normal". AWS us-east-1 is partially down at the moment. Even giants like Spotify weren't protected from GCP outage last month. Is anyone here who's completely protected from such outages?
