Does dark matter move? If so its gravitational effect should move also. I would think that would be detectable somehow, especially if there was a whole galaxy

Does dark matter move? If so its gravitational effect should move also. I would think that would be detectable somehow, especially if there was a whole galaxy of it moving together in the same direction or all rotating around a center. It might move in different directions than nearby normal matter in some cases.
