The tldr; of the post: Despite multiple cases of hackers successfully scamming banks by impersonating people via deepfake audio, many big banks and ISPs are rolling out voice-based authentication at scale. Spectrum says "With Voice ID, you don’t have to worry about remembering security codes or passwords."
