Why did you leave Amazon?

I was 25 and it felt like a weird thing to be doing in my 20s when other people were traveling the world.

Couldn't you travel while still being employed by Amazon?

Not for months at a time, which is what I wanted to do (and did). Also, no, remote work wasn't really a thing at the time anyway. But more importantly I don't believe in being continuously employed your whole adult life. It feels dumb and unhappy.
