Apple AirTag Linked to Increasing Number of Car Thefts, Canadian Police Report

Quite baffling there is no AirTag app for Android. Apart from that the software feature to alert somebody should have been added as a #1 priority as something like this is a stalker's or thief's dream come true.

    > Apart from that the software feature to alert somebody should have been added as a #1 priority as something like this is a stalker's or thief's dream come true. It does alert a person if an airtag is closer to an iOS device that doesn't own it for over 3 days.

To all Android users: there is an Open Source app to detect AirTags. Any idea why the playstore link breaks for me?

It would be interesting if Apple starts licensing Face ID technology to new vehicles, it’s going to get harder and harder to steal things as they become more digital.

This is definitely an alarming situation.
