Add to all of that, what seems like an increasing turnover in employment. We used to be able to invest in training our customers to use our product and then get years and years of smooth sailing. These days we seem to be doing a lot of handholding noobs.
- fasteddie31003 5y agoThat's exactly why I quit my job to start working full time on GainKnowHow.com . All the new hires during the pandemic were so disadvantaged because they just had no good way of figuring out all the idiosyncratic processes at the company.
