hey! I think it's unfair that your submission has not yet receive a single comment. So, here goes -
* excellent writing!
* excellent app idea too. Purchased immediately :-) I very much sympathize with apps that offer creative ways to solve common problems.
* I'll see if I get used to using it. Right now, I'm not sure I will - the main reason is, wierdly, two apps that start with T - Telegram and Terminal. As Alfred user, I have developed a habit of Control-Space, "Ter" or "Tel", Enter. Many keystrokes, but no cognitive load. If I assign a custom letter to either app, I'll have to remember it. Pity!
Thanks again for the app.
- alin23 5y agoHi Vlad! Thanks for the kind words! The way I usually solve this name clash is with rcmd-rshift-T. So I would first press rcmd-ralt-T to assign T to the most used app (that for me would be Terminal). Then I would use: rcmd-T: to show/hide the Terminal rcmd-rshift-T to cycle between Terminal and Telegram *and whatever other apps you have starting with the letter T* This cycle on rshift feature isn’t yet advertised to avoid UI complexity. I’m still working on showing this.
