Ok. Let us pretend there is level playfield and fair competition. I remember vaguely how @jollyheretic described the societal benefits of the Indian caste system. For thousands of years the upper caste has had better nutriments, time to cultivate brain-intensive activity etc. But foremostly there was selective breeding of women from lower castes. In comparison the European aristocracy just degenerated, because female noble-born had equal value and there was no constant influx of new genes from a bigger competition pool. @jollyheretic promotes somekind of caste system, because he believes in "reverse Flynn-effect", and we lose 3 IQ points every decade. We will never settle Mars, cause we are not nearly as clever as in 1969.
