Sure, there is risk that needs managing, but it's not like it's Panadol, with an effective to lethal dose ratio of only ten, yet still available over the counter. Or statins, or numerous other pharmaceutical drugs with potential severe side effects and highly questionable benefits. As Mr Knutt put it, you are safer handing out ecstacy than peanuts at a party, so get your risk appetite and profile in perspective, drugs are bad, most of them come from big companies in nice boxes...
