Technically crypto corporations are already regulated the same way banks and financial businesses are. It's just that most of these exchanges exist outside US jurisdiction, and will often not accept US customers.
- papito 5y agoThere was an article in the NYT literally a few days ago about how Kyiv, Ukraine has become an absolute unregulated wild west of crypto.
- raesene9 5y agoWell they'll pinkie swear they don't take US customers, whilst ignoring VPNs and other mechanisms of appearing not to be in the USA, at least...
