Put a cotton ball on the end of a light string and grab a vacuum cleaner onto the other end of the conduit. Very fast. Also, the next size up of conduit doesn’t cost much more. Unless you are some sort of professional conduit sizing engineer optimizing for material cost, always get the next size up conduit from what you think you will need. Pulling is easier and you might change your requirements later.
