I am by no means an expert, although if I was younger and still in school it would be my area of focus.
- newyankee 5y agoI always felt that anyone who successfully creates a useful Quantum computer has low incentive to make it public. It will be a strategic advantage for the country and the people at top will decide whether to suppress it for non strategic use or not.
