For the "userland", everything outside the kernel. The DOS shell and all the GUI APIs.
And the device driver APIs.
The kernel core, the scheduler, memory management, and local machine security model is from Windows NT, which was designed by a team under Dave Cutler, the architect of Digital Equipment Corporation VAX VMS.
The access control list model and stuff like the Active Directory network authorization model are from Ken Allchin, who had created all that stuff on Banyan VINES... Banyan ran on top of a BSD UNIX kernel.
Windows NT was POSIX compliant for a while, then it wasn't, and now it exposes a full Linux kernel API.
Everything came from everywhere.
Apple is more focused on adopting system architecture that already works in the more streamlined iOS platform, and it's leaving bits of the formal definition of UNIX™ in a bit of a mess. Which is appropriate for the year 2021, rather than 2001.
