By designers I believe they mean the authors of the spec. So unclear spec = implementations aren't as consistent as the authors of the spec were hoping for.

- megous 5y agoWhat's unclear about what spec in particular? I've read PD, Type-C, BC1.2 specs and those are rather thorough and well cross-referenced.
- SavantIdiot 5y agoAh, see where I come from the spec is written by the architects and the implementation is created by the designers. Two distinct groups of people.
