- WalterBright 5y agoBeing a realtor is definitely a way to leapfrog ahead in income far quicker than attempting to climb the corporate ladder. Of course, the ones that do have to be willing to put out the effort to learn salesmanship. Most people are too lazy to, and drop out. Yes, it is survivorship bias, but survival is up to the person, it isn't automatic or random.
