I had the same thing happen a few years ago with PayPal, it was completely out of the blue. I've been a user for over a decade. There was no route of recourse I could follow, that was it, the end, done. There was nothing out of the ordinary I was buying from eBay, I had a few subscriptions via PayPal, and didn't really sell things on eBay either. I feel it was an algorithm fail, a bit of code that arbitrarily decides to delete you off the system. Maybe something we can look forward to more of if we aren't careful?
