What makes you think EU law supersedes the local law? I don't know about the Germany but one old guard of EU, France, has been in supreme court since 1996 and every time they say French law supersedes EU or any intestinal law as it should be.

- Dma54rhs 5y agoWell the issue of Poland is just politics, the old guard doesn't and won't see the EU as superior. And there are numerous cases proving that. Germany had to backtrack during the covid relief fund but they pretty much run the EU so..
