Yep. My wife has been using Blender purely for video editing (no 3D modeling) for more than 10 years now. Apparently it's a bit weird to get used to, but very powerful.
- Andrex 5y agoI've been looking for a Linux replacement (ex-Premiere user) and will check this out. Resolve integrates poorly with Gnome.
- moyix 5y agoYou might want to try kdenlive or cinelerra first – the Blender learning curve is pretty rough if you're coming from Premiere.
- PythagoRascal 5y agoI was thinking about trying that. Does she have recommendations for resources on how to get into that?
