What's the most dramatic speedup you've had in code from a simple change?
- burtons_ 5y agoI once had a 100x speedup on a large dataset by using a reference copy rather than a memory copy in one critical section of the code. I also found a bug in the language because the reference copy was supposed to be automatic.
