I lived in an apartment building that had an old ICE car with an electrical problem catch fire at night, then explode. Flames were 20' high. Luckily it was parked under a carport area, so destroyed the carport roof and adjacent laundry building, and not the residential building (just singed.) It took about a year to deak with the insurance adjuster and rebuild.
