I’ve noticed Airbnb removed the star ratings visibility on user reviews, so now we only get an average of all reviews and have to read through all existing reviews to figure out what issues there may be with a rental location. I find that pretty deceitful, and it seems to incentivize high volume owners to ignore any customer support issues since a bad review will easily get buried. A pretty bad sign of where that platform is heading.
