Yeah, I don't follow this line either. My doctors portal has my providers notes readily available to me without me asking. Are you sure you aren't just expecting to have to request it, and are being surprised by the fact that you don't?

Yes, I am. I have a primary care doctor whose portal has the sort of thing you're referring to. That's different.
