Try a different machine and a different internet connection. Maybe your phone - just a nice normal everyone-has-one machine - if you're on an anonymous or strange version of Linux, or using a VPN, or datacenter internet connection etc, they might be blocking you automatically. I'm not saying that's good behaviour on their part but it looks that way.
