- theduder99 5y agoYes here are my new preferences regarding email comms and if you don't follow them I may experience emotional trauma: 1) responses should never include the word 'no' or any negative word. 2) responses should always include the phrase 'yes sir, thank you sir, you are an amazing inspiration to the team and I hope to be like you someday'
