If they actually treated their IT team as valuable staff members and not a cost center, and paid market rates, I'm sure they wouldn't have trouble finding talent.
- code_biologist 5y agoThe point made in other threads is that it's way cheaper to just pay token amounts when security breaches happen, rather than pay market rates. They don't want expensive talent.
