In the US, you typically own the land your house is on.
- thaumasiotes 5y agoIn what sense? Say I buy a bunch of land in San Francisco so I can put a skyscraper on it. This is a form of "ownership" in which you don't control the property and you have to pay rent on it every year. What's left?
