I'm trying hard to see the value in this, but I'm not seeing any. At the moment we could get 80 % there by just having an all-day Zoom call for everyone to join on their schedule, but almost no one is doing this.

We considered this in my team, to have a feel of real office, but after a few weeks remote it was obvious we rather need some guaranteed no-zoom time, then more zoom. edit: even without that idea implemented!
