Where do you live that your city had been “inundated” with public drug users? I live in a major American city with millions of people and this just isn’t true.
- abduhl 5y agoCome on man, most major cities suffer from this. San Francisco, Seattle, Chicago, New York City, Philadelphia, Austin, Denver, etc. all have overrun areas in their downtown core with rampant homelessness and public drug use.

- gcharris 5y agoI live in Vancouver, Canada and I can confirm it's a severe issue in the downtown core.
