FWIW I don’t think Apple has a standardized interview process. Unlike companies like google or FB, each individual team decides its own interview questions.
That means it’s possible to have a horrible interview experience with one team, and a great experience with another team.
Not saying this system is good or bad, just trying to describe the system.
- jldugger 5y agoThis is correct, and the hiring process is broken at Apple in myriad ways, some of which you would not imagine would be allowed, let alone encouraged.
