And making something illegal is not the key factor in comparing countries:
UK Drug Overdose Deaths 2020: 7.6/100k. US Drug Overdose Deaths 2020: 28.1/100k.
- penteract 5y agoYou're right. There is a difference between murder and intentional homicide, but the factor of 18 appears to be using the raw numbers of murders rather than murders per person.
