Review of “The Beatles: Get Back”
- allears 5y agoHaving just watched the whole thing, and being a long-time Beatles fan as well as a long-time bass player and band member myself, I think this review is right on. This 3-part documentary is very very long, it's boring and tedious, but it's also historical and fascinating. If you don't want to watch sausages or laws being made, maybe you don't want to watch world-class pop music being made either. But for me, it was an invaluable look behind the scenes at a band who changed music, and perhaps our whole culture, forever.
