It's only been in the press that the BMW touch screen issue has mainly been on USA bound vehicle. I'm awaiting delivery of a G23 in the UK and have been told by the dealer that the car is in the UK but they are unsure if it has a touch screen chip as BMW haven't advised........so delivery delayed. If it has no chip we've been offered £500.00. I have touch screen on my Mercedes but tend not to use it, the hey mercedes voice app works fine for nav, phone calls, etc
