Hyperscalers have already moved their custom stuff in a direction quite far from x86 PCs (how many new form-factors and interconnects and whatnot are under the Open Compute Project already?) while the typical Supermicro/Dell/HPE/whatever boxes available to regular businesses are still in that "regular PC" world.
