Even better if there was a device like Google Glass that would take screenshots of everything in life. Of course, this isn't realistic because it is too intrusive. But the basic idea is that it would just create a log for easy review and reduce need of relying on memory. Work life usually has a lot of information rich sources such as emails, chats, etc.. But with personal life, it is usually much less reviewable and no such sources.
