  Assisted suicide is not allowed in Germany. This refers to a club named "Sterbehilfe" and their rules for club meetings. The club consists of terminally ill people who want assisted suicide to be legal in Germany. tl;dr: not true

    The ban was overturned in 2020 by the constitutional court, and this group does work to provide poison to people requesting it. (It's one of multiple groups doing so, so the headline is wrong in that way too)
