While I was there (about a year later) I can remember it being used generally in meetings to judge if something was ethical. I can remember things being nixed (by engineers) for being too “evil”. Some of those things would probably be okay today - now that Mr Zuckerberg has moved the goalposts for how creepy a company can allow itself to get - and everyone must follow or risk losing out.
