If you think that the CEO of a company can just do whatever they like then you haven't run a company. If you attempt to do things that the employees do not want to do then your company will turn to shit. People will leave, and those that remain will have terrible productivity. Yes, you get some "Just do as I say" points, but you have to choose where to spend them very wisely.
