I have a very short list, like 150 or so. I add people one or two at a time, and see how my TL responds. If it starts skewing sideways, I unfollow. I find this very successful. What kills me are the brand accounts. Like, McDonald's: 4.3M followers. For what? Why are you purposely asking for advertising in the middle of your advertising?
