I switched to Brave 2 weeks ago, that was when Firefox deleted my pinned tabs.

  Did it also delete your containers by chance? That is, if you have set any up. This drives me up the wall. At certain, irregular intervals Firefox loses my configured multi-account containers - except for those provided by an extension, e.g. Amazon Container.
