Why would you want such a fast language to be replaced by what is the slowest of the mainstream languages?
- KptMarchewa 5y agoIt would be at least as fast if it wasn't burdened with decades of legacy API compatibility.
- tyingq 5y agoJavascript was not fast until Google and others poured money into it because it was the only choice for the browser. Presumably Python would have had the same experience.
