Yes, you're right. However, Ryanair has a rating of 1.3 on Trustpilot while Disneyland has a 4.7 and Disney World has a 4.7 as well on Google reviews. Customers may buy cheap garbage, but they aren't happy about it. It doesn't breed long term loyalty. I can't imagine what Ryanair's NPS scores are. If waiting in lines tripled, I don't think they'd have a 4.7.
